It’s hard to say when Conservative Action Alerts officially began –

Initially, Conservative Action Alerts (CAA) was limited to email alone – it was collection of conservative, grassroots activists who wanted to know how they could best take political action. The group formed out of frustration with Washington’s elect and their failed, unconstitutional policies.

Before we developed our blast faxes, we organized phone rallies – perhaps we could call them “blast calls” – that have actually shut down the switchboards in Washington.  We have also organized and supported live political rallies and have assisted a number of conservative causes.

Over time, we made more and more connections – not only to those which we wished to keep accountable on the Hill – but to other conservative groups with the similar goals.

We welcome meaningful connections and have enjoyed our substantial growth over the years.  We want to continue to connect the grassroots and our elected officials and empower them to fight for fiscal sanity and workable, constitutional solutions in Washington. We do this through education and action.

Today, we still hold true to the principles of our infancy – taking action.

Join us in petitioning, faxing, and calling our leaders in Washington – subscribe to our email list to get frequent, up-to-date alerts sent to your email box – connect with us and others in our community, here and on social networks – share what’s important to you and find out what matters to others on our Conservative Spotlight – read and comment on the thoughtful work of our contributors and our hand-picked news items –  access our political cartoons, historical documents, and digital books.

Above all, we wish to remain devoted to the ideals upheld and authored by our Founders, always reminding us to place the Constitution before the whims of those in Washington. Rights of Life, Liberty, and Property need to be restored, and all the symptoms of our New Deal-Big Government need to be destroyed.

We do not promise to be politically correct.

Let freedom ring,
Conservative Action Alerts

Do you have any data as to how effective the petitions are? When a person signs a petiton, when and where and to whom is the petition sent . I believe in faxes. A pettion is just one piece of paper received by whoever is going to receive the pettion, but if the same amount of people sent faxes, letters or emails, the recipient's office would be filled with protestors comments. This has been proven time and time again. Bury him/her/them in piles of paper. Is the recipient sent a letter or a copy of the peition each time it is signed?

I would sign more Petitions if I didn't have to fill my name and address on each one so please provide a way to sign several without having to fill each one out.

Hi Susan, thank you for alerting us to the error. I see two failed attempts but nothing went through. You should not see any charges on your card. We're apologize for the inconvenience.

I'm always sharing stuff on Facebook and prodding my huge friends list to take action because if they keep watching reality shows and (I hate to say it) sports on TV then our rights will be eroded year after year. I'm always faxing through various outlets. I get useless form letter back but at least I say my piece.

I wanted to sign your petition about the marriage amendment between one man & one woman and when I clicked on "petition" the wrong window came up. I tried it several times but the same wrong window came up. Let me know when I can sign the petition. Thank you shalcomb1@cox.net.

There are many people that would love to be able to afford to send the faxes but are not able to participate due to money difficulties. I am living on Social Security and my spouse is on Disability from Social Security. After all bills ( house, gas, food, electricity, water, property taxes and my personal 4 year fight with Cancer) there is very little left to spend on faxes….is there not a way to participate at a reduced rate?

I also cannot afford faxes, but I do get responses to my letters, so I know they are getting them. I would also like to remind you that we elected a new representative to Congress in December, Bradley Burne. I am very pleased to have been able to help vote him into office :)
